This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we keep your name, organisation, phone number, email address, what the enquiry is about, your message and, if you attached one, your solar estimate. We also keep the time it arrived and the internet address it came from, to stop abuse.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide the service. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Ask Semper

Questions typed into Ask Semper are sent to our assistant to be answered and are not linked to your name. Do not type personal or payment details into it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after two years. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@semperfi.uk. We are registered in the United Kingdom and handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and, for clients in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Semper Ed

Schools using Semper Ed control the records of their own students, parents and staff. Questions about those records go to the school; questions about the service to support@semperfi.uk.
